chevron_rightWhat is the schedule for mowing the grass in the common areas? The grass gets mowed on an "as need" basis, there is no set scheduled day. When we've done it that way in the past if our mow day was say Monday if it rained hard on a Monday or a National Holiday fell on a Monday, at times, we would not get a mow until the following Monday (14 days after the previous mow) which in August might work but certainly not in April and May, etc.

Testimonial:May 10, 2019, at 2:55 PMA year or so ago we (my neighbor across the street and I) ordered up 2 new mailboxes from the source Dave recommends and were very pleased with the result. The people we ordered from, came out, took down the old boxes, put up the new ones freshly painted with better address numbers and much better flags. They then straightened (not much was needed if any) the posts a little and painted the posts to match. We didn’t do anything except write a check to them.
