Cloverdale Common Area Improvements
Posted on Apr 26th, 2012
Meadows at Cheshire has a hidden gem that many of us might not have known about. There is a large common area accessible from Cloverdale Road. The area is over 1.5 acres, and was never cleared or improved. HOA is currently having the area cleared of scrub brush, trash, poison ivy and downed trees. We ask that you not go in the area until we send out another notice that it's ready for use. We wanted everyone to know that this projected is being paid for by current HOA funds. The total project cost is estimated at $7,500. To give you a reference, the area is a little smaller than the pond area.
This large area was the only part of MAC that was not cleaned out. It was dangerous to anyone who went in there and also has drainage issues. All of that is being addressed as part of the project. The area is also being added to the mowing schedule to keep it looking nice and to decrease the chance of rodents using it as a home. Once again, we ask that you do not enter the area right now. We will provide information on how to access it using HOA owned land so that you can enjoy the area once all the work is completed in late summer.
